Butter Cow

The Butter Cow has been an unofficial icon of the fair since the 1920's. 500 pounds of unsalted butter are used to sculpt the life size figure by hand. The process takes about two days.

Conservation World

Always a fair favorite, this educational area contains over 30 acres of green grass, trees, rolling hills and ponds.

Step right up! Step right up! Big Top Adventures re taking over Happy Hollow. You won’t believe your eyes, as Happy Hollow is transformed into a 900-seat big top circus! A spectacular showcase awaits with acts from jugglers, clowns, trapeze artists and so much more. Free performances daily in Happy Hollow: 1:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.g
