Sponsored by The Illinois Grape Growers and Vintners Association (IGGVA). The IGGVA, established in 1992, is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing the viticulture and enology interests of Illinois through information exchange and cooperation among Illinois grape producers and vintners.
An application can be submitted all the way up to the month of August and vendors/exhibitors can be invited to participate in the Fair all the way up through the first week of August. Vendors with unique items are the most likely to be offered contracts and prime locations, if available.
Applications are a tool used not only to gauge interest but to also collect information that will help determine if there is an available space that can accommodate a participant’s basic needs. Such needs include footage, electrical pull, water drainage, etc. A color photo or detailed drawing MUST be submitted with your application. If a photo or drawing is not included, the application will not be considered.
Submittal of an application does not guarantee space
The Vendor Information page hosts a collection of important information for all vendors, new or seasoned. This collection contains forms, informational booklets and much more. It is the vendor’s responsibility to read the available information and to keep up-to-date with any changes.
