The Illinois State Fair showcases the culinary talents of exhibitors around the state each year. Within this cookbook the reader will find the most recent Blue Ribbon winners from the 160+ classes offered for competition. These recipes were selected out of multiple entries in each category as the best in Illinois.
From Peach Marmalade to Apple Cake there are a multitude of sweet and savory treats that anyone can enjoy making and eating contained within these pages.
