A referral resulting in an application and new vendor participating in 2023 Illinois State Fair will earn the referring vendor up to $500 off 2023 fair costs, including but not limited to costs associated with: parking, admission, electric or supply lot parking.  Total discount/comped items provided will ultimately be in the discretion of the Department and will be evaluated based off vendor's 2022 contract.  

If referring vendor has more than one contract, the offer is only valid based off a single contract. If a vendor refers more than one additional vendor, additional discounts may be available.

The Department reserves the right at all times to change the terms or details of this incentive program. Incentives will not be provided until August 2023 and are dependent on a new vendor's participation in the 2023 Illinois State Fair.
